Rules for sending commercial communications

The company I am Ema s.r.o., ID No.: 11799021, with registered office: Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague 10, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, under file No. C 354694, which is the operator and owner of the website www.vyslovuj.cz and the provider of service Vyslovuj®, hereby issues the following rules of sending commercial communications:

1. We send commercial communications to individual addressees in accordance with Act No.480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended, only in the following cases:
   1. if we have obtained the addressee's e-mail address from the addressee in connection with the provision of the Vyslovuj® service on the www.vyslovuj.cz website or in connection with the provision of related services;
   2. if the addressee of the commercial communication has consented to receiving (or subscribing to) commercial communications (e.g. by voluntarily providing an email address for these purposes on the www.vyslovuj.cz website).
2. Any commercial communications sent by our company relate only to the Vyslovuj® service, which is provided within the www.vyslovuj.cz website.
3. Each commercial communication received from us will be clearly marked as a "commercial communication" in its text.
4. Any recipient of commercial communications is entitled to tell us at any time that they no longer wish to receive any further commercial communications from us. We will notify each recipient of a commercial communication of this right whenever we send any individual e-mail message containing a commercial communication and, in this context, a link will be provided in each e-mail message that is a commercial communication, which, if clicked, will automatically unsubscribe the recipient from our database of e-mail recipients of commercial communications.
5. All commercial communications are sent from valid and active e-mail addresses. Recipients of commercial communications may then also send any unsubscribe requests to these email addresses.
6. Any commercial communication sent by us will always contain the identifying information of our company and, where applicable, the identity of other persons who may be involved in its preparation.
7. All data protection issues in connection with the sending of commercial communications are governed by the Privacy Policy available at here.
